The Visis: 2020 EPSi Client Summit will be held at the J.W. Marriott Hotel in downtown Austin. This beautiful hotel in the heart of downtown Austin was voted the #1 hotel in Texas by Conde Nast readers. With seven bars, three restaurants, an on-site Starbucks and the largest guest rooms in Austin with floor-to-ceiling windows, the J.W. Marriott also boasts ample and comfortable meeting spaces for all the various Visis functions.

The Visis: 2020 EPSi Summit is the only place to discover the latest innovations from EPSi and hear some of the biggest thought leaders in the industry. You will also be able to earn up to 12 CPE credits for attending.

Where is it?

The Visis: 2020 EPSi Summit is at the beautiful JW Marriott at 2nd Street and Congress Avenue in the heart of downtown  Austin, Texas: The Live Music Capital of the World. Steps away from world-famous music venues, Lady Bird Lake, and the gorgeous 10-mile-long Ann and Roy Butler Hike and Bike trail that encircles the lake, the JW Marriott is one of the top-rated event hotels in the country. We have secured a specially-priced room block of $339 (plus tax and incidentals) for Visis attendees. This room block has a limited number of rooms and is subject to selling out. You will be able to make your reservations after you have registered for Visis.

How do I get there?

Austin Bergstrom International Airport is approximately 25 minutes by car from the J.W. Marriott, at the corner of 2nd Street and Congress Avenue. There are ample options for ground transportation from the airport to the hotel and around the city. Ridesharing services such as Lyft, Uber, and the Austin-based nonprofit RideAustin are very popular, affordable, and convenient options.

Parking at the hotel is limited to valet and downtown Austin is very congested. We suggest you do not rent a vehicle.

How do I get CPE credits?
Check the CPE box on your registration, or email us Attendees will be eligible for up to 12 CPE credits. We will track attendance and provide documentation for those requesting CPE credits. What should I wear?

Business casual for the summit sessions; feel free to dress up more creatively for evening events. Bring swimwear if you’d like to take advantage of the J.W. Marriott's luxurious rooftop swimming pool or enjoy a dip in Barton Springs Pool. Austin weather can be variable in October. Please check the weather forecast before packing.

What if I want to stay additional nights?

Visis attendees may book special discount rates for three nights before and after Visis (Thursday through Saturday, October 15-16-17, and Wednesday through Friday, October 21-22-23), pending availability. Contact the hotel directly if you are interested in room nights prior to Sunday, October 18, 2020 or after Wednesday, October 21, 2020. Austin is busy and popular in October, so make your plans early if you wish to stay before or after the Visis summit. The room block with the negotiated discount rate may sell out, so register and make your reservations early.

How can I register a colleague?
Clients can also register additional people while registering themselves by clicking "add additional people." If you are registering multiple people , you are required to make one payment via credit card for the entire group registration.
How can I present at Visis?

Clients and valued partners who are interested in showcasing their successes at the Visis: 2020 EPSi Summit may submit a speaking proposal to get the conversation started. Speaking proposals are due no later than March 20, 2020. Submission does not guarantee selection.

What if I need to change my registration?

If you need to cancel or modify your registration, go to the Modify Reservation link in your confirmation email and enter your confirmation number. Cancellation fees will apply. You can also contact us at if you have questions or need assistance.

Cancellation fees do apply:

  • Before July 31 - 50%
  • July 31 - August 31 - 75%
  • After August 1 - 100%
When should I plan to arrive and depart?

We will start very early in the morning of Monday, October 19, 2020 and go until approximately noon Wednesday, October 21, 2020. Registration is open 4 pm - 8 pm Sunday, October 18, 2020. Therefore, you should plan to arrive sometime on Sunday, October 18, 2020 and depart Wednesday afternoon or evening, October 21, 2020. Allow yourself at least two hours from the conclusion of the conference around noon Wednesday when making your return travel arrangements.
