Why should I come?

The Visis: 2019 EPSi Summit is the only place to discover the latest innovations from EPSi and hear some of the biggest thought leaders in the industry.

You will also be able to earn up to 12 CPE credits for attending.

Where is it?

The Visis: 2019 EPSi Summit is at the beautiful Kimpton Hotel Van Zandt at 605 Davis Street in the exciting Rainey Street district of Austin, Texas: The Live Music Capital of the World. We have secured a room block at $319 per night, per room.

How do I get there?

Austin Bergstrom International Airport is approximately 15 minutes by car from the Kimpton Hotel Van Zandt. There are ample options for ground transportation from the airport to the hotel and around the city. Ridesharing services such as Lyft, Uber, and the Austin-based nonprofit RideAustin are very popular, affordable, and convenient options.

The Kimpton Hotel Van Zandt is located in the Rainey Street entertainment district in downtown Austin at 605 Davis Street.

What is included in my registration?

  • All sessions Tuesday through Thursday, October 22-24
  • Breakfast, lunch, and cocktail hour Tuesday, October 22
  • Breakfast, lunch, and client appreciation dinner and concert Wednesday, October 23
  • Breakfast and to-go lunch Thursday, October 24

Guests are responsible for the cost of their room, room service, parking, incidentals, outside activities, and ground transportation.

What else can I do while I’m there?

Austin is a very active city, with many choices available to visitors World class restaurants, outdoor activities galore, and, of course, many live music venues  all over the city.

You asked, and we listened. Wednesday afternoon you will have free time set aside for you to “create your own adventure,” Austin-style. Whether it’s a bike ride around the legendary Lady Bird Lake hike and bike trail; a visit to the Bob Bullock Texas State History Museum; beverages, nachos and a movie at the famed Alamo Drafthouse; or even a dip in the spring-fed Barton Springs Pool– you’re sure to find something fun and relaxing to enjoy.

How do I get CPE credits?

Check the CPE box on your registration, or email us info@epsi.io. Attendees will be eligible for up to 12 CPE credits. We will track attendance and provide documentation for those requesting CPE credits. View the Admin Policies for CPE Credits

What should I wear?

Business casual for the summit sessions; feel free to dress up more creatively for evening events. Bring swimwear if you’d like to take advantage of the Kimpton Van Zandt’s luxurious swimming pool or enjoy a dip in Barton Springs Pool. Austin weather can be variable in October. Please check the weather forecast before packing.

What if I want to stay additional nights?

We have arranged for a limited number of rooms at special discount rates in the days prior to and after the summit so you may enjoy a few fun days if you’d like. You will receive contact information for making hotel reservations once your registration is confirmed.

How can I register a colleague?

Clients can also register additional people while registering themselves by clicking ‘add additional people’.  By doing this it’s all one payment however.

How can I present at an EPSi conference?

Clients and valued partners who are interested in showcasing their successes at an EPSi conference may email us at visis@epsi.io to get the conversation started.

How can I become a partner sponsor?

Valued partners who are interested in supporting the summit may email us at visis@epsi.io to get the conversation started.

What if I need to change my registration?

Clients can go into their registration and modify it or cancel it using their confirmation number.  The cancellation fees will apply.   They can then contact us at visis@epsi.io if they have questions or need assistance.

Cancellation fees do apply:

Before July 31 – 50%

July 31 – September 1 – 75%

After September 1 – 100%

When should I plan to arrive and depart?

We will start very early in the morning of Tuesday, October 22 and go until noon Thursday, October 24. Therefore, you should plan to arrive sometime on Monday, October 21 and depart Thursday afternoon or evening, October 24.  Allow yourself at least two hours from the conclusion of the conference at noon Thursday when making your return travel arrangements.
