Why should I come?

The Visis summit is the only place to discover the latest innovations from EPSi and hear some of the biggest thought leaders in the industry.

You will also be able to earn CPE credits for attending.

Where is it?

he summit is at the beautiful Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island, Florida, about a 30-minute drive from Jacksonville International Airport.

How do I get there?

For most clients, it will be most convenient to fly into Jacksonville International Airport and travel to the Ritz-Carlton on the shuttle buses we will provide.

If you plan to drive yourself:

Driving directions from Jacksonville International Airport to The Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island:

  1. I-95 North, travel approximately 7 miles to exit 373, Amelia Island/Fernandina Beach/Callahan Exit.
  2. Right onto A1A (SR 200) East
  3. Travel east on A1A … 9.6 miles to the Thomas J. Shave Bridge
  4. Cross Intercoastal Waterway and travel 3/4 of a mile to first traffic light
  5. Turn right at light onto Amelia Island Parkway
  6. Travel 2.5 miles to fork in road
  7. Veer left at fork and travel 1.5 miles to traffic light
  8. Cross through intersection traveling 3/10 of a mile
  9. Resort is on the left

Note for those traveling by car: There is only valet parking available, no self-parking. $26 plus tax per vehicle, per night. Rate is subject to change.

What is included in my registration?

  • All sessions Wednesday through Friday, October 10-12
  • Breakfast, lunch and dinner Wednesday and Thursday, October 10 and 11
  • Breakfast and to-go lunch Friday, October 12
  • One leisure activity Thursday, October 11
  • Ground transportation to and from the Jacksonville airport (select times Tuesday, October 9 and Friday, October 12)

Guests are responsible for the cost of their room, room service, parking, incidentals, private ground transportation

How do I get CPE credits?

Check the CPE box on your registration, or email us info@epsi.io. Attendees will be eligible for up to nine CPE credits.

What should I wear?

Business attire for meetings and dinners, casual wear for activities. Bring swimwear if you’d like to take advantage of the beautiful Florida beach or the Ritz-Carlton’s luxurious swimming pool.

What if I want to stay additional nights?

We have arranged for special discount rates for you October 6-15 so you may enjoy a few fun days if you’d like. There is very limited availability for the days before and after the summit at this special rate, so make your reservations early.

What if I need to change my registration?

We understand that plans sometimes change. If you need to cancel or change your registration, contact us and we will take care of it.

Cancellation fees do apply:

Before July 31 – 50%

July 31 – September 1 – 75%

After September 1 – 100%

When should I plan to arrive and depart?

We will start very early in the morning of Wednesday, October 10 and go until 2 pm Friday, October 12. Therefore, you should plan to arrive sometime on Tuesday, October 9 and depart late Friday afternoon or evening, October 12. We will provide ground transportation to and from the Jacksonville airport at select times the afternoon and evening of Tuesday, October 9 and Friday afternoon, October 12. Allow yourself at least 2 1/2 hours from the conclusion of the conference to your flight time
